We are currently building a new team in Lithuania and are looking for a B2B Sales Project Manager — a person who will not only be responsible for sales but also for the technical support of projects. This role is perfect for those who enjoy combining business development with hands-on project management.
What you will do
- Search for new clients and lead negotiations until contract signing.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Conduct site visits: assess locations, collect technical data, and verify implementation conditions.
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals together with engineers: calculations, project economics, equipment selection.
- Manage the client relationship at all stages — from the first meeting to project handover.
- Coordinate interaction with engineers, procurement, logistics, and service teams.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, tenders, and business events.
Our expectations
- Technical education (energy, electrical engineering, renewable energy).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or technical project management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and turn them into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Knowledge of solar energy software (PVsyst or equivalent) and basic AutoCAD (ability to read drawings).
- Proficiency in Excel models and calculators for project calculations.
- Result-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent English.
